Jindřich Chalupecký Award 2026 Ceremony

The Jindřich Chalupecký Society cordially invites you to a festive evening on the occasion of the announcement of the new winners of the Jindřich Chalupecký Award for 2026.

The evening, curated by Anna Chrtková and Petr Dlouhý (Y Events), will take the form of a shared artistic feast. During two symbolic courses and a toast in an original concept by artists Magdalena Malinová & Klára Vosecká, we will gradually get to know the newly awarded laureates and their work (the courses are conceptual, not a full dinner).

The Jindřich Chalupecký Award is intended for established artists who live or work in the Czech Republic and whose artistic work in the field of visual arts is considered exceptional by an international jury of experts.

6:30 p.m. - Opening of Divadlo X10
7:00 p.m. - Start of the program with the announcement of the winners

Admission to the event is charged as a symbolic contribution towards refreshments. Tickets for the event can be purchased through the DivadloX10 reservation system for CZK 100.
