Within this year’s edition of We are open, Jindřich Chalupecký Society opens its archive right at its office in the space of the Foundation and Center for Contemporary Arts Prague. Visitors will learn primarily about the activities of the past two years, in particular the events with international guests held as part of the Café Chalupecký program, interventions of artists related to the Society in regional galleries, and exhibition projects organized abroad. Jindřich Chalupecký Society has significantly broadened the scope of its activities; besides organizing the prestigious Jindřich Chalupecký Award, it also aspires to become a platform for Czech art both locally and internationally.
At 4 pm, some of the finalists of Jindřich Chalupecký Award 2018 will give short artist talks at Kurzor Gallery: Alžběta Bačíková, Lukáš Hofmann and Kateřina Olivová.
